By using BareStack, you agree to the following simple terms.

1. The Service

BareStack is provided "as is." We are a small team (mostly one person). We do our best to ensure uptime and data integrity, but we make no absolute guarantees.

2. Acceptable Use

Don't use BareStack for illegal activities. Don't try to hack our servers. Don't be a jerk. If you abuse the "Free Cloud" tier (e.g., botting accounts), we will ban you.

3. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BareStack is not liable for any damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the software. Always keep backups (exports).

4. Open Source

Parts of BareStack are open source. You are free to inspect, fork, and self-host the code under the terms of the included license (MIT/AGPL).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the system resources.
